Hotel Deposit Requirements
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

Hotel Spring Break Policy and Student/Youth Policy (valid year long)
Hotel will accept individual student bookings all year.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to purchase an insurance policy in the amount of $25 USD. This policy is mandatory, per person, and nonrefundable.
Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name. Credit cards issued to anyone else other than the guest are not accepted in Mexico.
Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
Minimum age requirement is 18. Any guests under the age of 18 require a chaperone. The mimimum age for a chaperone is 23.
Transfer Policy
A price may display when children stay free if your vacation includes transfers to your Hotel.
